We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at Marquis Companies. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications as ordered by the attending physician, nurse supervisor, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing Services.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications to residents in accordance with established nursing standards, facility policies, and state requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulations.
- Licensed Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in the State of Oregon.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting with the geriatric population is preferred.
