Residential HVAC Installation Technician Job Description

At Lee Company, we are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. This role involves the installation of residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, gas piping, venting, and electrical connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laying out and assembling residential HVAC installations
• Installing and starting up split and package systems
• Performing gas piping, venting, and electrical connections

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of field experience in HVAC installation
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• EPA certification for handling refrigerant

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of required duct sizing for supply and return units
• Ability to braze all sizes of copper
• Proficiency in metal fabrication
• Basic computer knowledge

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
