Qualifications:

Position Details:

This is a full-time role with a competitive sign-on bonus.


Responsibilities:
  • Participate in on-call rotations, including one night call per week and weekend duties.
  • Oversee the planning, delegation, and coordination of nursing care for assigned patients.
  • Ensure compliance with care standards and assist in managing the nursing team and departmental resources.
  • Prepare for surgical procedures, fulfilling both circulating and scrub roles as needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care across various patient demographics, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, while maintaining ethical and professional standards.


Key Duties:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care strategies.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to LPNs, ORTs/CSTs, and nursing assistants, ensuring accuracy in their work.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and oversee the medication process within the sterile environment.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Respond effectively to emergency situations and conduct daily checks of emergency supplies and equipment.


Additional Responsibilities:
  • Restock supplies as necessary and report any shortages.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
