We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering exceptional care and support.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve quality and patient satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or nephrology.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
