Key Responsibilities:
The Clinic Director is responsible for patient care within their professional scope and is accountable for various clinic performance metrics, including clinical quality, financial outcomes, and patient satisfaction.

  • Oversee all aspects of the clinic's operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to align clinic practices with company values and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Review patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clinic staff to ensure open communication and address any concerns.
  • Manage clinic resources effectively to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Ensure that all staff complete required training programs, including Core Content, CME, and CPR certifications.
  • Develop and maintain the clinic schedule, approving time-off requests and managing staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and internal regulations.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for clinical staff and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Address and resolve any clinical complaints promptly.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the Supervising Physician.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and promote adherence throughout the clinic.
  • Oversee performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching for direct reports.
  • Recognize and reward staff performance that aligns with company values and enhances patient care.
  • Uphold the Standards of Operation and Core Values across the clinic.
  • Facilitate training and development for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational standards.
  • Build and maintain trust and credibility with patients and team members.
