About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for performing and delivering on routine assignments/projects while leveraging and applying knowledge of your assigned area(s) of Treasury responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Promote and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of your assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Identify and communicate to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for your assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Perform treasury activities for your area(s) of responsibility to support cash, liquidity management and/or statutory requirements.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts; reconcile cash and related transactions; identify, research, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain reports and provide analysis to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, analysis, and research as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with appropriate internal/external stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues with internal/external auditors in a collaborative manner.
  • Perform treasury activities in compliance with policies and principles, internal controls, and SOX.
  • Identify treasury issues/concerns and make recommendations to yield more effective operations.
Requirements
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • Years of experience in Treasury and/or Finance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
