Job Description

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to optimize plant processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement control systems to regulate the behavior of dynamic systems
  • Analyze system requirements and develop mathematical models to achieve desired performance objectives
  • Implement control algorithms in software or hardware components, such as PLCs or microcontrollers
  • Conduct testing and simulations to validate the performance of control systems
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate control systems into larger systems and processes
