Job DescriptionThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse leader to advance their career and join our dynamic team. As an RN Supervisor, you will support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Report to the Director of Nursing and lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts.
- E nsure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- F acilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
- C olaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and limit overtime and agency personnel use.
- P articipate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution with current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, preferably in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
- BSN preferred and current BLS/CPR certification.

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is $42.50 - $45.00 per hour. We also offer several voluntary insurance options and a Nursing Tuition Assistance Program.
