Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrichment Specialist to join our team at Edgewood Meridian, a 75-bed Independent, Assisted Living, & Memory Care community. This part-time evening shift position offers a competitive salary of around $35,000 per year and various benefits.

Job Description:
In this role, you will assist in planning and executing life-enriching activities for our residents, ensuring their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs are fulfilled. You will also determine supply needs, set up and run activities, encourage resident participation, and supervise to guarantee safety. Additionally, you will follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in activities or recreation programming is desired
- Passion and drive for helping others, along with a willingness to train new employees
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
