Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. As an RN with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality patient care and advocating for their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise
  • Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day
  • Handle medication for residents and keep meticulous records of every aspect of the care administered
  • Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations to initiate life-saving measures

Requirements:

">
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Be experienced in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine
  • Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care
