Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team at the Italian Home for Children. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide behavioral support and treatment recommendations for students in our Extended Evaluation program and Day School program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students, based on functional behavior assessments and individual education plans.
  • Provide coaching and modeling for staff and caregivers on evidence-based practices to implement objectives and teach replacement behaviors.
  • Run social skills programs for children and parent coaching groups.
  • Collaborate with the clinical director to provide staff trainings on behavior analytic principles and behavior management strategies.
  • Document functional behavior assessments, behavioral observations, and progress reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide leadership and modeling for strong teamwork.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with LABA preferred.
  • Superior interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and guide behavioral treatment for youth.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual individuals strongly encouraged to apply.
