Your primary responsibilities as a Wireless Sales Trainee will include:

• Initiating contact with potential, current, and former customers to provide a comprehensive understanding of our clients' wireless products and services
• Staying up-to-date on promotions and discounts offered by our client and upselling services when appropriate
• Maintaining and organizing sales contracts and confidential customer information in our POS system
• Following compliance guidelines and representing the brand professionally at all times
• Collaborating with fellow team members to track customer engagement trends and campaign data
• Confidently answering customer questions and overturning objections when necessary

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field (preferable but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, clients, and teammates
• Professional demeanor and ability to foster positive relationships with customers and team members
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new wireless products and services
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
