As a Master Technician, you will work closely with customers to understand their vehicle's needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with VIP quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team productivity goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements through ongoing training and certification.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively to educate customers about their vehicle's condition and recommended services.
- ASE certification in relevant areas (A1-A8)
- Valid Service Work Order initiation and completion
- Minimum 16-week average productivity based on position
- Compliance with company safety, loss prevention, and customer service programs
