Requirements
  • Current California LVN license.
  • Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR certification.
  • Ability to travel within San Diego County and possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working with older adults.
  • Clinical competency with the older adult population.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records.
