Position Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing contract operation support functions and multiple complex projects for large federal agencies. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 Foundation certifications to ensure adherence to industry best practices in program/project management services, performance tracking, and task order execution.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of management experience in organizing and directing contract operations and complex projects.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in networking and information technology, with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
