Job Title: Clean & Pack Specialist

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family-owned company with a strong presence in Clarence, NY, and multiple divisions across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes a diverse range of sealing solutions, such as gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and more.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clean & Pack Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow job specifications for packaging as detailed on the job card
  • Record start and completion of job
  • Remove web from stamped parts and complete visual inspection
  • Advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspend sorting until issue is resolved; escalate to Plant Manager if needed
  • Perform secondary inspection as directed by Plant Manager or Quality Control Dept.
  • Follow FIFO protocol for inventory rotation
  • Maintain proper housekeeping during and at the end of work shift
  • Meet or exceed department efficiency and productivity goals
  • Cross-train and assist in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines
Requirements:
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency working in a computer-supported environment with business software, basic math & language skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
