Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admissions Counselor to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing applicant portfolios, conducting individual candidate interviews, and evaluating admission applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of higher education recruitment and admissions processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage applicant portfolios and conduct individual candidate interviews
  • Evaluate admission applications and make recommendations for admission
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth admissions process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in higher education recruitment and admissions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of job-related experience, preferably in recruitment and/or admissions in higher education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of higher education recruitment and admissions processes
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and participate in light set-up for recruitment and on-campus events
