Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing DISH equipment in customers' homes. You'll work independently, using your technical expertise to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test DISH equipment, including satellite dishes and receivers
  • Repair and maintain existing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide excellent customer service, educating customers on the use of their equipment
  • Document all work completed, including customer interactions and equipment installations
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
