The Warehouse Maintenance Specialist position at McLane Company involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment. This includes troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing various types of equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience and a strong understanding of electrical schematics.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
  • Analyze and diagnose malfunctions using available specifications.
  • Research parts, tools, and technology; weld and fabricate as needed.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of spare parts usage, inventory, and labor actions.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $25.50 per hour. Benefits include generous paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
