Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including filling prescriptions, processing patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
