We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IP Design Engineer to join our team at Intel, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of next-generation Gigabit Ethernet for top-tier FPGAs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Micro Architecture and Design implementation for Ethernet MAC/PCS IPs and subsystems, leveraging your expertise in digital design and system-level understanding.
- Collaborate closely with our Architects to design and develop optimal solutions for our Ethernet MAC/PCS IPs.
- Contribute to the development of RTL code, participate in pre-silicon and post-silicon debug, and ensure the quality of our IP designs.
- Own the frontend collaterals for the IP/subsystem, including STA Timing constraints, CDC, Lint, and other critical aspects.
- Design and develop the logic and register transfer level (RTL) coding for High-Speed Ethernet MAC/PCS IPs, utilizing your expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog.
- Strong expertise in Ethernet MAC/PCS IP design, with a deep understanding of the IEEE 802.3 standard.
- Excellent digital design fundamentals, with a focus on microarchitecture and design implementation.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in IP design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality designs.
- Strong knowledge of networking domain, with exposure to different standard protocols.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree holder from a reputable institute, with a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
