Production Batch Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Batch Specialist to join our team at Monster Energy Company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the blends of raw materials to create a beverage product meet the exact specifications provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify all batching equipment meets sanitary conditions as directed by MEC requirements, including allergen control surface swabs and ATP swab results. Confirm staged ingredients against batch sheets and document all ingredient weights and temperatures on formula batch sheets. Certify all ingredients meet specifications such as expiration dates, lot codes, and correct ingredient. Perform routine tests to affirm final mixture meets itemized properties and consistencies, including batch temperature requirements. Double-check all bulk ingredients for quantity, lot codes, and specification standards. Responsible for weighing, measuring, and mixing of ingredients to requirements.
Requirements:
Prefer 2 years of study in the field of Food Safety/Manufacturing. Between 1-3 years of experience in beverage production facility. Between 1-3 years of experience in Batcher or Technician with FDA Regulatory. Must have minimum skills with Office Suite/PC. Must show basic knowledge of the English language.
Base Pay Range:
