The State of Montana is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a prominent healthcare facility.

This facility specializes in providing medically supervised detoxification and inpatient treatment services for individuals facing substance use disorders, as well as those with co-occurring psychiatric conditions. The facility is equipped with a limited number of detoxification and inpatient treatment beds to serve the community effectively.

As the Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of facility operations, including medical, clinical, administrative, and support services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, operational policies, and accreditation standards.
  • Monitoring budget expenditures and adapting to the facility's evolving operational needs.
  • Fostering a culture that promotes patient recovery in a supportive and welcoming environment.
  • Directly supervising a team of eight and indirectly overseeing an additional forty-four staff members.
