Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting dignity and respect
  • Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and bathing
  • Provide basic treatments as directed by nursing staff, such as administering medications and performing wound care
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific certification
  • Ability to perform the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
