About the Role
As a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse at Providence Portland Medical Center, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting, ensuring seamless transitions between anesthesia, surgical teams, and post-anesthesia care units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid nursing license in the state of Oregon
- At least one year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse
- Demonstrated expertise in sterile technique, wound care, and perioperative nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
