Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented medical support professional to join our team at Cape Center Medicine. As a clinical assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. Your responsibilities will include performing routine clinical tasks, escorting patients to exam rooms, and facilitating communication between providers and patients. You will also be responsible for updating progress notes in our electronic medical record system and maintaining accurate patient medication lists. If you have previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field, and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Escort patients to exam rooms
  • Facilitate communication between provider and patients
  • Update progress notes in EMR
  • Update patient medication lists
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or related field
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Work Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m-5:30 p.m
  • Friday: 8 a.m-2:30 p.m
