Job Summary:

Global Partners LP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Chef in managing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef in planning, preparing, and executing all food service programs.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of product and supplies.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the food service equipment and facilities.
  • Train and develop the culinary team to ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
  • Monitor and analyze food service results and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
