Blown-In Insulation Technician

Purelight Power seeks a skilled Blown-In Insulation Technician to enhance energy efficiency in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insulation installation or construction, with excellent attention to detail and physical stamina.

This position requires executing proper installation of blown-in insulation materials, preparing work areas, setting up equipment, handling materials safely, monitoring quality, ensuring safety compliance, collaborating with team members, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Installation of Blown-In Insulation: Ensure accurate installation of blown-in insulation materials according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Preparation of Work Area: Cover surfaces, ensure proper ventilation, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Equipment Setup: Set up insulation blowing machines and other necessary equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition and calibrated accurately.
• Material Handling: Safely handle insulation materials, including loading them into the blowing machine and transporting them to the work area.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of insulation installation to achieve even coverage and optimal results.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during insulation installation.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Experience: Prior experience in insulation installation or construction-related field is preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
