Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Autism Specialist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improved quality of life.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
  • Developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
  • Designing and implementing evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. You should also have a strong background in ABA programming and experience working with children with ASD.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in collecting and analyzing data on behavior and progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
