Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and maintaining the parking lot.
• Assist with cart retrieval and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 - $24.00.
