Wine Educator/Bartender

Vintner's Table is seeking a skilled Wine Educator/Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, making wine recommendations, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our wine offerings, including our Signature, Black Label, and Estate Grown collections.
• Make informed wine recommendations to customers, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient service delivery, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and handling payments.
• Stay up-to-date on wine trends, new releases, and industry developments to provide expert knowledge to our customers.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the wine and hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of wine and wine service, including wine pairing, wine and food pairing, and wine service techniques.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
