We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at our vibrant cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and Serve Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with Customers: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
• Maintain a Clean Bar: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that all drinks are prepared with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, adhering to quality standards.
• Develop New Recipes: Collaborate with the bar manager and other team members to develop new and innovative drink recipes and seasonal specials.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Handle Cash Transactions: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously educate yourself on current industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist with Inventory: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, including monitoring stock, placing orders, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar or similar high-volume establishment.

• Excellent Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
