Soliant Health is in search of a committed and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services within a school environment. As an SLP, your role will be pivotal in assisting students to navigate communication difficulties, thereby enhancing their academic and social achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Design and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students experiencing speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other school personnel to foster student development.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment strategies as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, parent discussions, and other pertinent school gatherings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in line with institutional and district regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Florida State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
