Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve patient care.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pharmacy and patient care.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
