This position offers a competitive annual salary of $35,000, plus commission opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Networking with centers of influence to identify potential members in need of mortgage financing and communicating mortgage programs, processes, and guidelines to prospective clients.
  • Working with members to structure mortgage loans that meet their needs.
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies to increase loan production and profit.
  • Representing Bethpage at networking events, such as breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and special events, to build relationships and prospecting opportunities.

This role requires compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements.
