Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to accelerate student learning and social emotional development
  • Collaborate with coaches and peers to share best practices and build a strong adult culture
  • Utilize data to inform instruction and adjust teaching methods to meet the unique needs of students
  • Participate in whole school events and home visits to build strong relationships with students and families

Qualifications

  • Unwavering commitment to the academic success and personal development of students
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in working with computers and commonly used software
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
