Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our dynamic and exciting team. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 8 years of experience in complex litigation matters and will be responsible for providing exceptional legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, coordinating with local counsel, and defending against litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support complex litigation matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Coordinate with local counsel to ensure effective case management and strategy
  • Develop and implement effective discovery plans to support litigation goals
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Admitted to the Arizona Bar
  • Excellent credentials and strong research and organizational skills
  • Experience in complex litigation matters is strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Good judgment and ability to prioritize workload
