About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at Wright Tree Service. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a line clearance crew and planning daily work to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a line clearance crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Plan daily work and assign tasks to crew members to meet project deadlines.
  • Enforce safe work practices and conduct regular safety training sessions for crew members.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and control crew costs, including equipment usage and manpower allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and arboricultural techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand circuit maps and electrical circuits.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and medical card.
  • Herbicide applicator or operator certification and license.
  • First-Aid and CPR certification.
