Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engaging clients with a consultative approach.

• Build strong client relationships and drive sales through a consultative approach
• Demonstrate expertise in top beauty brands and execute visual merchandising standards
• Actively engage and complete required training to expand knowledge
• Support omni-processing within the department and inventory management from receipt to sale
• Exercising good judgment and discernment when making decisions; taking appropriate partners as needed

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation

• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis

PAY: $15.00 per hour. Please note that pay may vary based on location and experience.
