Apria Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with respiratory care procedures and provide education on proper equipment use.
- Conduct clinical assessments and tests, including pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry, and vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients and caregivers.
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
- Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers).
- CPR Certification.
- At least one year of related experience.
The Respiratory Therapist will work in a variety of settings, including patient homes, and will be required to travel to different locations. The work environment will vary depending on the location and the specific needs of the patient.
