We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Baking Technology and Commercialization Expert to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our bakeries, driving innovation, and leading commercialization efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot Bakery Issues: Collaborate with bakery teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest quality products.
- Support Marketing and R&D: Work closely with marketing and research and development teams to develop new products, formulas, and technologies.
- Commercialization and Launch: Coordinate with operations teams to drive the scale-up and commercialization of new products, ensuring timely launches and quality post-launch.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement: Support bakeries in addressing product quality concerns, consumer complaints, and waste reduction efforts, using continuous improvement and statistical tools.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and training to bakery associates on ingredient functionality, equipment, and baking processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Five years of experience in baking process technologies, root cause and statistical analysis, and presentation of reports to plant or engineering management.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: $98,600.00 - $138,100.00 per year.
