Position Overview

The Customer Relations Specialist role operates from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including sales, carpentry, and painting, as well as management, to:

  • Prepare and schedule projects while monitoring budget adherence
  • Input project details into scheduling software after receiving handoff from the sales team
  • Distribute confirmation packets to clients and guide them through the project process
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone regarding their projects
  • Collect essential information from clients, such as color choices and lead forms for EPA jobs
  • Keep clients and crew updated on project start dates and any potential delays
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service
  • 2 years of scheduling experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with CRM and Smartsheets is a plus
  • A detail-oriented mindset
  • A collaborative spirit
Compensation

The hourly wage is competitive and commensurate with experience.
