Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Administer occupational therapy services to promote independence and improve quality of life
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
Requirements
Certification in Occupational Therapy
Completion of accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current and unrestricted license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
