Role Purpose
In the capacity of the Investment Analysis Specialist, you will oversee a portfolio of capital funding through every phase of the budgeting process. This includes initial planning and analysis, business case formulation, management of the capital governance framework, and reporting on the financial outcomes of completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the establishment of a proficient investment analysis team.
- Manage monthly and annual capital forecasting and reporting.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews of completed capital investment initiatives.
- Proactively advance the development and execution of capital funding business cases.
- Efficiently navigate capital funding requests through the governance process.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An undergraduate degree.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and capital budgeting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.
- A passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Excel financial modeling (preferred).
- Knowledge of financial metrics such as IRR and NPV (preferred).
