Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with CAD implementation members to develop and deliver innovative solutions using EDA tools and custom in-house capabilities.
  • Develop the strategy and key initiatives to ensure the CAD flows meet the future design needs and the most advanced technologies.
  • Partner with EDA providers on 3D-IC feature requirements and best-practices.
  • Regress methodology and develop capabilities to improve quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in 3D-IC design and silicon hardware design.
  • Strong understanding of EDA tools from Synopsys and Cadence.
  • Synopsys 3DIC Compiler experience.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting in Linux/Unix environment, Python, Perl, and TCL.
  • Experienced with Verilog, RTL, and UPF for multi-clock domain and low power designs.
  • Familiar with automating workflows in a distributed compute environment.
  • Experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering.
