**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

**Responsibilities**

* Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client care and share best practices
* Provide rehabilitation and coordinate medical needs for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
* Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records
* Assist in maintaining and updating nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
* Conduct assessments and develop plans of care to meet individual client needs
* Perform competency evaluations and provide feedback to employees
* Inform physicians and staff of changes in client condition and needs
* Write progress notes and summaries to document client care
* Implement treatment and rehabilitative activities to promote client independence
* Report incidents and accidents, and notify authorities as necessary
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

**Qualifications**

* Must be 21 years of age
* Hold a bachelor's degree in nursing or related field from an accredited institution
* Valid driver's license and insurance required

**Salary Range**

USD $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
