About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team as a Disability Assessment Specialist, working closely with United States Veterans through the VA's disability benefits process.

As a Disability Assessment Specialist, you will review electronic medical records and perform in-person physical exams on each Veteran, documenting exam findings using a web portal. This role involves analyzing data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.

This position requires strong time management skills, the ability to stay on task, and meet requirements. You must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and be proficient in computer use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent medical assessments of Veterans
  • Analyze medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires
  • Document exam findings electronically
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
  • Proficient computer skills

Benefits
