- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to patient safety, data protection, and environmental sustainability.
- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Education: Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Staff Pharmacist within Amazon Pharmacy.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
