Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related position. A culinary degree is preferred, and advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession is essential.

• Develop and implement menus that meet client requests and exceed their expectations
• Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to ensure efficient inventory management
• Provide exceptional white glove service to high-profile clientele, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrations
• Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen

• 2-3 years of experience in a related position
• 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
• Culinary degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
• Experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems
• Oral, reading, and written communication skills
