Job Summary

The In-Plant Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our customers' facilities. This position requires excellent customer service skills to drive long-term customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with procurement and order placement, managing MSC ControlPoint Solutions, and determining optimal sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with procurement and order placement
  • Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including Vendor Managed Inventory, Vending, and Storeroom management programs
  • Determine optimal sourcing strategies for key customer projects
  • Collaborate with the account team to maximize customer satisfaction and future projects
  • Resolve on-site customer product and service issues
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with email, internet browsers, and the Windows operating system
  • Ability to lift items of up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
